This program is completely different than any other program that you may be aware of. If you have ever attempted to stop smoking and did not succeed,it may not be your fault. Look at it as a learning experience, not a failure. It takes both mind and body involvement to be successful. We use Hypnotherapy, which reaches the sub-conscious level by a Certified Hypnotherapist. Our program uses both to boost Body and Mind to work together. This in my opinion is the very best program. You must do your part to become a non-smoker. It takes effort on your part. Advanced clinical hypnotherapy. This will help with the habit part.
Next we have exercise that is fun and healthy. This consist of some very mild and easy to do yoga, chi-quong. This is very important in building your body back to a healthy state of being. Also through this type of exercise we will address why people gain weight when they become a non-smoker. Hiking is also a part of the retreat, which I call fun exercise. Not being in a hurry, slowly communing with nature and feeling alive. We do not want to forget about swimming as fun exercise. You will be able to swim in the indoor pool no matter what the weather brings.
