Hey Mark:

It seemed as if every time I came close to being able to quit smoking something drastic would come up and I would think, "Well, not right now". Two months ago it was 'that time' again. My wife was nagging me and my kids were discussed with my smoking so I said, "Ok, I'll do it". Then, the company notified my department of a 10% cut back in personnel within two weeks and I panicked. My wife and children said it was no excuse and bullied me into calling and making the appointment and guess what? Two things. One, I quit and haven't had a smoke since, thank God and two, my job is more secure than ever. So, to anyone who reads this letter if you print it -- NO EXCUSES, Just do it! You made a believer out of me.

Hey, Mark, do you remember me? I'm Natasha and we talked in December. I finally decided to quit smoking and gave myself the gift of hypnotherapy for Christmas.
