Male/Female Energy in NLP

I am working on a paper which seeks to elucidate how hypnotherapists or
NLP Practitioners view male/female energy in their practices or in the
presentation of seminars and specifically how to balance those energies.

I do not mean gender based male, female, but am speaking more to the
ideas of male energy being more active, competitive, aggressive,
dominant, versus the components of female energy as more passive,
creative, nurturing, cooperative. In that regard, I feel that many
practitioners, regardless of gender, are more female energy than male,
but that many ads and presentations are more male-dominant energy.
Just my view...

In the years I have been in practice as both a hypnotherapist and NLP
trainer, I have seen some wild manifestations of imbalance. And I'm
not even talking about my clients!

I would be grateful for any thoughts or experiences you would like to
