You hypnotized me that day and I haven’t had a cigarette since.

Dear John,

Its’ been one year since I came to you on September 25, 2007 to quit smoking through hypnosis. I was a heavy smoker (3 packs a day) all of my adult life. Physically I was in terrible health, grossly overweight at 335 pounds, and I couldn’t walk around large stores because of a low oxygen level. I was using oxygen at home when sitting around and also while sleeping.

You hypnotized me that day and I haven’t had a cigarette since. In a one year period, I have lost 105 pounds and ride my exercise bike two to three hours a day. This has helped my lungs recuperate to the degree that my pulmonary doctor has taken me off of oxygen and I can walk around quite well now.

I sincerely want to thank you for adding years to my life and probably saving my life from a future heart attack. Through your knowledge and ability to apply hypnosis to my condition, I can now live a fairly normal life.
