Obesity is a major epidemic in the United States that affects 1 in 3 adults. Traditional methods, such as dieting, to reduce a person’s weight have been ineffective thus far since obesity rates continue to rise throughout our country. Once these attachments are removed, new healthier strategies can then be implemented in the mind.
