While working towards my undergraduate degree, I obtained a certification in hypnotherapy from the American School Of Hypnotherapy and a certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ (NLP™) from The First Institute. I began my career by helping people make life-altering changes such as stopping smoking and losing weight without gaining the weight back.

As a public speaker, I teach people how to take control of their own brains and design the life that they deserve. I have helped thousands of people overcome many of the obstacles that kept them from having the quality of life that they knew they deserved.
