David Weltman holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Columbia University, holds an M.B.A. from Pace University, and has studied and practiced both nationally and internationally. His hypnosis certifications include the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists (NBCCH), the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), the American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (AAPH), the International Medical and Dental Hypnosis Association (IMDHA), and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).

He also is a Certified Hypnosis Instructor (CI) and teaches hypnosis to psychologists and other wellness professionals. David is the creator of Accelerated Response Technique™ and is a frequent contributor to the hypnosis literature.
