I have been in private practice as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1990, formerly in Princeton, NJ, and currently near New Haven, CT.

I am a firm believer in teaching my clients to be proactive, rather than passive, when it comes to their health. People can choose to participate in their wellness, rather than ignore their bodies' needs until pain, disease or disaster strikes. During each session you will learn a variety of self-help techniques and exercises to help you relax and balance body, mind and emotions.
