E. F. Hale Enterprises was established in 2007 by Ethan F. Hale, to provide psychotherapeutic and vocational services in a comprehensive and professional manner.

Services include: mental health and vocational evaluation, assessment, counseling and consulting services to individuals, businesses and government agencies.

At E. F. Hale we provide information about job potential, income potential, employment potential and loss of income, due to physical, emotional, mental, educational or employment limitations to private individuals, lawyers, courts and public agencies. We are listed on the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Court web site as an approved expert in matters involving worker's compensation.

These same services can be utilized in personal injury, college major selection, SSA, and even divorce situations ( alimony / child support). Contact us for further information.

We also provide individual and family counseling to those in our area but watch for our web counseling site to be up soon.

For corporations and businesses we offer complete job design and job description services and most other services provided by Industrial/Organizational psychologists per extensive training and life experiences. Full consulting and strategic planning services as well as exciting and meaningful team trainings are our specialty.
