A Dean's List graduate from San Francisco State University, Ms. Covington has more than 30 years experience in education, business, coaching, and personal and spiritual development, including more than 25 years experience in hypnotherapy. Additionally, she holds these qualifications: Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist/Instructor/Examiner by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapist, Certified Back In Control child/family workshop provider, Brain-Based Learning certified, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified for individuals and corporations; Spiritual/ministerial training and more.

A long time student in the fields of mind, body, and spirit, she has studied with some of the world's leading experts. Her extensive background includes research at such distinguished institutions as the University of California at San Francisco and Stanford University.

She is a member of American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, National Guild of Hypnotists, and American Association of Behavioral Therapists.
