Jennifer helps you create and build your dreams. She believes that most people live their lives at approximately 10% of their actual potential. Her approach with each client is one of awe and wonder at what might really be possible. She sees that the destructive habits of overeating, smoking, stressful living, obsessive gambling, negative thinking, etc. are merely symptoms of soul dysfunction and pain. Getting rid of these habits is the beginning of living a life you love.
In addition, Jennifer has developed a nationally-recognized Program of Self-Hypnosis for golfers. Called "Own The Zone™," it is offered directly to her Clients through office visits and also in a 2-CD audio set sold through online vendors and her golf website, www.ownthezonegolf.com.
Jennifer facilitates spiritually based study groups which embody the idea that joy and contentment can be reached through the divine connection within. As Deepak Chopra says, we are actually spiritual beings who have created our physical bodies...but first we must find that vast space within ourselves which – for the most part - has been buried or hidden away.
Jennifer has been a guest on national television, plus numerous local radio and television shows and has taught Stress Management classes at local colleges as well as corporations. Currently, Jennifer gives seminars on golf at local and national PGA and LPGA events. She also speaks on Self-Empowerment and the Mind/Body Connection at business and community service organizations. Jennifer is the founder of Self Help Systems.
