Dr. Joe Bounds graduated from the Southern Institute of Hypnosis in 1998 with a degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy. In 1999, he completed study and obtained Pediatric Certification from Mottin and Johnson Institute of Hypnosis. Dr. Bounds also completed studies in Pain Management and Certification as an Emergency Hypnosis Instructor from the National Guild of Hypnotherapists.

In 2002, Dr. Bounds completed studies in Working with Cancer Patients from Mottin and Johnson Institute. In 2003, Dr. Bounds received his Ph.D. in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the American International University .

Dr. Bounds has been a practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1998. His first office opened that year in Mena , Arkansas . In 1999, Dr. Bounds opened his second office in Hot Springs , Arkansas . Maintaining his practice at the two locations, he was able to help hundreds of clients live more successful lives.

In 2002, Dr. Bounds moved his practice to his birthplace of Ashland , Ky., where he also provided care for his elderly mother.

Dr. Bounds believes a client’s success is paramount. This has led him to have one of highest success rates of any Hypnotherapist. If he doesn’t feel a client is a good candidate for Hypnosis, he won’t proceed with Hypnotherapy.

Dr. Bounds also holds degrees in business administration and engineering. His hobbies include antique and vintage cars, travel, magic, and outdoor pursuits.
