I continue my education in the area of energy psychology for my own well-being and to assist my clients in achieving the life they want to live. I help my clients cope with stress, set goals, overcome obstacles and resolve issues in their personal and professional lives so they lead more joyful, peaceful, healthy, productive and fulfilled lives. I use various means including Quantum Flow Bioenergetics (Emotional Freedom Technique, Tapas Acupressure Techniques, Be Set Free Fast and others), Hypnosis, Visualization, Neural Linguistic Programming, and Reconnective Healing. My desire is to teach clients to use many of these techniques on their own - providing them their own self-help toolbox and enabling them to raise their vibrational level.

My degrees are in Mathematics, and Educational Psychology-Research, Measurement & Statistics. I spent the majority of my adult life as a military operations research analyst. My experience using the scientific method, questioning assumptions, etc. provides me a unique perspective and great confidence in the theories and science of hypnosis and energy techniques.

I am a Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) and a Charter Member of the Institute of HeartMath®.
