Okay, my Darling Smokers,
Let’s get real. You really love to smoke? Yes? Otherwise, you know you would have given it up before now. That’s your dirty little secret, right? You simply just love to smoke. You like to sit and watch your own breath coming out of your lungs. You like the “breaks” it gives you. And you like the way it makes your brain feel. You feel that your brain actually works better with nicotine in it, right? Maybe you can even feel your brain cells performing better, and you feel more “on your game,” and in control, yes? And, Dude? You feel so hip and cool with that cigarette in your hand, right? And for you smoker girls? You don’t want to stop smoking because you’re afraid that your ass size will suffer, yes?
So please, go right ahead and smoke. Smoke outside. You’ll get that extra break per day. Enjoy it. Knock yourself out.
Unless, that is, you’re tired of waking up to early morning coughing spasms. Or can’t walk up a steep hill anymore, without getting short of breath, and that scares you. Maybe you hate that your mouth tastes like an ashtray, and that your breath stinks. You’re tired that your clothes, car and house always smell of smoke. And what’s even more annoying to you? You’re angry because you know that non-smokers simply pity you, because they think you have no will power at all.
Well, they’re wrong! Because it’s not about your will power. If it were about will power, you would have quite long before now. You know that. You know that you can do what you want to do, when you decide to it. Right?
Quitting smoking is about understanding how your brain works, and then learning to “re-program” it. And that’s what I can help you do.
Every brain is different. Everyone smokes for different reasons. And it’s up to you to discover your own reasons, and your own linked behaviors and triggers. And then learn how to systematically delete the sabotaging behaviors and triggers. One at a time. Until they are all gone… and you are free.
