Ok, so maybe it's your next 100 cigarettes, or 18,000 cigarettes. Does 18,000 sound impossible? Get a calculator. The way I use to smoke (nearly three packs a day) that would take less than a year. So let's say that in less than a year bang bang you're dead.
Before I quit smoking with hypnosis I was, on occasion, bleeding profusely from my throat and the back of my nose. When I would inhale it would be painful. When I blew my nose, it was scary.
