CARA GALLUCCI, M.A., CERTIFIED HYPNOTIST, has been working with
dynamic consciousness-changing techniques since her teens, when she began
to practice Transcendental Meditation (TM). This early interest led her to explore
many forms of meditation, including visualization, and to become a hypnotist.
Her most recent training was with Master Hypnotist Scott McFall.

Cara has a broad background in complementary medicine, having co-directed
a non-profit holistic health education center for many years. She was privileged
to study the Ally Method of inner work with Dr. Irving Oyle and Inner Dialogue
Kinesiology with Dr. Solihin Thom. She is also a Reiki practitioner trained by
John Harvey Gray, America’s longest-practicing Reiki Master.

Using a variety of hypnotic and meditative techniques, Cara is committed to
helping clients reach their goals. She specializes in smoking cessation, weight
loss, and stress management, and she particularly enjoys helping teens reduce
performance anxiety in preparation for important tests and athletic events. She
has supported many clients in coping with cancer and other chronic illnesses.
At the foundation of her work is a deep respect for each individual’s healing
