In the 1970’s, Kathryn developed and directed a residential treatment program for disturbed adolescents. It was during these years that she experienced hypnosis as a client. The technique helped her stop smoking after every other method had failed.
Following years of study in hypnosis with internationally known experts, Kathryn has developed expertise in treating problems of habit, stress-related illnesses and anxiety.
