I am 47 and have been a pretty heavy smoker for the past 25 years. Most of those years were spent trying to quit.My life was over taken by my addiction to nicotine and I could not see a way out. I tried cold turkey several times, chantix, 5 years on and off the patch, I read books, listened to audio tapes, you name it, I tried it.
