Dr. Judy Pearson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, psychotherapist, speaker, author, and life coach specializing in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming for habit control. The Habit Maven Smoking Cessation Program

This program consists of four individual, one-hour coaching sessions. In the first session I interview you so that I can customize my program to your needs and personality. I will also give you recommendations and information to increase your motivation and your probability of success. You agree that when you return for the second session, that’s the day you will stop smoking. The second session is a hypnosis session targeted at one single idea: You have stopped smoking. You will receive an audio CD of this program.

Session three is a follow-up hypnosis session to ensure your success. The fourth session is optional – to use anytime within the next six months, to help you remain smoke-free.

This program was developed on the guidelines set by the American Cancer Society. Dr. Pearson has helped hundreds of people stop smoking. Research shows that hypnosis is one of the most effective ways to stop smoking—with a higher success rate than cold turkey, prescription drugs, over-the-counter pills, the patch, or gum—and no side effects!
