I’m Sarah Gewanter, LCSW, CI—a certified hypnotherapist and certified hypnosis instructor through the National Guild of Hypnotists. I’m also a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. I earned my graduate degree from Columbia University in New York and am licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Connecticut.
When we work together, I take the time to understand exactly what you need. I carefully evaluate your unique situation and tailor the most effective approaches for your condition. My goal is to create a strategy for successful treatment that works specifically for you.
You’ll also have the option to take home a personalized audio recording of your session, so you can reinforce the positive suggestions on your own time in the comfort of your home.
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Every treatment plan is fully customized, and in some cases, insurance or third-party reimbursement may be available.
