Marcia Proctor is a Certified Master Hypnotherapist

“My name is Marcia Proctor, and I am a Certified Master Hypnotherapist with over two decades of experience, having been in practice since 1997. For the convenience of my clients, I also specialize in telephone hypnotherapy sessions, allowing individuals to access my services from the comfort of their own homes.

I maintain a hypnotherapy practice in the metropolitan Washington, DC area, with offices in Germantown, MD. I hold certifications from the International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the National Guild of Hypnotists, and the Association for Professional Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (International).

My areas of specialization include smoking cessation, stress management, phobias, anxiety, self-esteem issues, study enhancement, and pediatric hypnosis. Additionally, I hold specialty certifications in pain management.

As a certified hypnotherapy instructor, I have had the privilege of teaching at Garrett College, Hagerstown College, my own school, and as an adjunct faculty member at the National Guild of Hypnotists.
