The following Code of Ethics is one that I whole-heartedly agree with and follow. It is MY code of ethics, and the assurance to every one of my clients that he or she will be treated with the respect and dignity due any person.

The Code of Ethics
A. Client Welfare: I shall make the physical and mental well-being of each of my clients a top priority.

B. Client Safety: I will not abuse any client, mentally, verbally, physically or sexually.

C. Practice Limits: I will use hypnotism strictly within the limits of my training and competence and in conformity to the laws of California.

D. Referred Practice: I will only engage in hypnotic work with a client regarding a medical or mental disease only upon my acceptance written referral and under the direction from an appropriately licensed medical or mental health professional.

E. Reasonable Practice: I will not offer hypnotic services to any client whose behavior, appearance or statements would lead a reasonable person to believe, without diagnosing, that the client should be evaluated by a licensed health care professional. I will provide services to those clients only after evaluation or diagnosis and approval of the licensed health care professional as provided by California law.

My code of ethics is adapted from the NGH Code of Ethics. Personalized to reflect my practice and standards.

Individual Hypnosis sessions in person or by phone.

If you would like phone sessions, you will need a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, nor will you associate that place with normal sleep (such as your bed). You will need a speaker phone or a headset. The speaker phone is preferable since it will let me know what noises you hear during the session.

Jim is also a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coach Institute. This is a non-hypnosis coaching modality to help individuals overcome many of the obstacles that hold them back from being the best that they can be.
These sessions are conducted only by phone, and you should again have a place that is quiet and away from distractions. Distractions only take away from the quality of the information and support you receive, so it is in your best interest to be able to focus on your coaching time.
