Meet William C. Pettek, Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist

Hi, I’m William C. Pettek, a Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Instructor with the National Guild of Hypnotists, and a Practitioner Member of the American Holistic Health Association. I specialize in Smoking Cessation, helping people like you break free from nicotine and reclaim their health with confidence and clarity.

I’m also proud to be affiliated with the International Association of Counselors & Therapists, the American Hypnosis Association, and the International Hypnosis Association. My work has been published worldwide, including in respected industry journals like the National Journal of Hypnotism and the International Hypno-Gram.

As a certified Professional Stress Management Consultant, I understand how deeply stress and smoking are connected—and how powerful hypnosis can be to shift those patterns at the subconscious level. I’m also the author of All About Hypnosis, a guide that explores the transformative power of this work.

In addition to my private sessions, I’ve created a wide range of hypnosis audio programs for smoking cessation, weight loss, sports performance, and confidence building—all designed to support lasting, positive change.

Outside the office, I bring the power of hypnosis to the stage as a professional entertainer. My First Trance Comedy Hypnosis Show has been performed across the country, including at venues like the House of Blues Club Worship and Six Flags Great Adventure.

I’m also honored to serve as DAV National Deputy Chief of Staff, Past Commander of DAV Chapter 70, Commander of VVA Chapter 228, and a Speaker and Board Member for the United States Selective Service.
