Tom was a 2 pack a day smoker, used alcohol excessively, and had developed a food addiction; all in an effort to relieve the symptoms of excessive stress. Confronted with the need for personal transformation in his own life, it became obvious that no one tool or system held all of the answers for everyone. He gained freedom from self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors while he developed his own skills and gained deep understanding of how to help people succeed through Clinical Hypnotherapy, Master Level Life Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Today, by now using the same tools that he uses to transform the lives of his clients, his life has become what, in the not too distant past, would have been only a dream.
