Stop smoking once and for all with hypnosis

Withdrawal symptoms are primarily due to the power of conditioned responses which are the patterns and habits we create to deal with stress, worry, trauma etc. These conditions create a negative feeling or state of mind which becomes a trigger in your brain and then you automatically need to have a cigarette in order to feel better. Smoking a cigarette then becomes an emotional response to these triggers; you are in essence “self medicating”. This self medicating feeling is only temporarily but the effects of cigarettes are DEADLY over time.
Your beliefs and negative self talk reinforces it. Every time you say “I need a cigarette”, “It’s too hard to stop smoking” or “I just don’t think I’m strong enough to stop” you are reinforcing those thoughts and feelings and programming your mind and body to crave cigarettes. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between your imagination and what we call reality; the subconscious experiences both as real.
We use a hypnosis process called “progressive hypnosis” where the client is moved into a deep state of relaxation.
The body can relax deeply and then the mind can relax. When the mind relaxes it will move into an altered state of consciousness called hypnosis. All hypnosis is self hypnosis and the hypnotherapist is just the tour guide. You MUST want to be a NON-SMOKER in order for you mind to accept it. Hypnosis cannot make you do something you don’t want to do, or that goes against your core moral values or beliefs.
The client then focuses on the instructions and is guided into a theta state of consciousness.
This is when all the positive suggestions bypass the critical mind (the part of the mind that is judgmental). In this theta state the subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to the positive suggestions and accepts them as true. When the process is completed the subconscious mind will believe you are a non-smoker and will act upon these suggestions when you awaken.
The entire process involves visualizing a future where you are a nonsmoker, where you have completely forgotten about smoking. You will feel in complete control and you will experience how EASY it is for you to stop smoking. You will be amazed how you have lost the desire for tobacco, and will never give it another thought. You will feel the freedom of being a non-smoker. It is empowering! You no longer are being controlled by cigarettes, your thoughts are your own, and you are free to choose what you want to do and where you want to go, without having to plan your life around smoking or cigarettes.
