I’m Donna Brown, a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with over 15 years of experience, and I’m passionate about helping everyday people overcome everyday challenges. Whether you’re looking to stop biting your nails, release fears, quit smoking or alcohol, or manage your weight—whether you need to gain or lose it—I’m here to help.

My journey began in Human Resources, where I earned my PHR in 1989 and SPHR in 1999, eventually becoming a full-time HR Consultant. However, in 2010, I transitioned into my true passion: Personal Development Consulting and Hypnosis. Now based in Houston, Texas, I work with individuals both in-person and online, offering tailored solutions that empower you to make lasting, positive changes.

Throughout my career, I’ve continually sought out alternative methods to enhance personal growth. In 1998, I became a Certified Aromatherapist, using essential oils to create harmony in the workplace. By 2002, I earned certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which included six months of hypnosis training. In 2010, I further expanded my skills by completing the Basic and Advanced classes in Psych-K®, a process that creates change in the brain using psychology and kinesiology, which I now use in conjunction with hypnosis.

I’ve also become a Certified Theophostic Minister in 2005, enabling me to work with individuals who have spiritual concerns about hypnosis. In 2011, I earned my certification as a Hypnotist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and have been practicing ever since.

To stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of personal development, I make it a priority to continue my education. In 2013, I earned certifications in Pain Management and Soul Entrainment® through the National Guild of Hypnotists, and in 2014, I gained expertise in Sports Hypnosis.

Additionally, I am an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator (since 2016), an Access Consciousness Facelift Facilitator (2018), and an Access Certified Facilitator (2019), continually updating my knowledge by taking classes every few months.

In 2020, I learned the Egyptian Energy Healing Technique from Dr. Shelly Kaehr, and in 2024, I became a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner after experiencing its profound effects on a friend. I now offer sessions for distant healing, as well as in-person and Zoom consultations.

I believe in the limitless possibilities for positive change and draw from a diverse set of tools like NLP, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Access Consciousness to help my clients transform their lives.
