I also completed certification training for the Non-Surgical “Virtual Gastric Band” Hypnosis weight loss program with Sheila Granger, a pioneer in the field from the UK. In addition to specializing in smoking cessation and weight loss, I offer hypnosis services for a variety of other areas, including stress reduction, improving self-confidence and self-esteem, public speaking, enhancing study habits, and improving sleep.

My commitment to ongoing professional development has led me to pursue additional training and certification through the prestigious Jerry Valley Ultimate Stage Hypnosis program in Las Vegas. I’ve also had the privilege of studying advanced induction techniques with New York City Hypnotist, John Cerbone. These experiences have enriched my practice, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to hypnosis that meets the diverse needs of my clients.”
