Following a successful career in Nursing – Clinical, Administrative,
Education,Consulting, Continuing Education/Staff Development and as an officer in
the USAF Nurse Corps, Judy Dean established The Spirit Within in 1997 for the sole
purpose of offering an integrative healthcare approach to wellness through the use
of Therapeutic Bodywork, Reiki Energy Healing and Hypnosis.

The variety of services offered is based not only on Ms Dean’s Nursing background
but also on an extensive formal education and specific certification programs in
Complementary Medicine
.
Judy Dean’s Graduation from the Milwaukee School of Massage provided the framework
for several advanced certifications and formal educational endeavors which
included becoming a Reiki Master, a professional Certified consulting Hypnotist and
the achievement of becoming Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and
Bodywork.
