Almost a decade ago a family member of Kathy Lindert suffered from an extreme
case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that prohibited him from excelling in his life.
After trying all of the possible options available Kathy decided to try a new method: hypnosis.
Kathy had used hypnosis to stop smoking years ago, and had read that
it could also help with fears and phobias.
The results were tremendously effective

After seeing the success it had with her family member, Kathy decided to branch
out and help other people in need. Kathy became a full time hypnotist, becoming
a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and opened Advanced Hypnosis
Counseling.
Kathy works with clients to help with stop smoking, weight loss, fears,
career and relationship issues, sports, school, accomplish goals, and so much more
by using three different techniques; hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and
the Emotional Freedom Technique.
Most clients choose to have between three to
five sessions based on their needs to see the changes they desire. Kathy also teaches
clients self-hypnosis techniques and offers reinforcing CDs to ensure continued
freedom from those negative behaviors.
Kathy is in her 13th year of practice,
and has become an expert and well-known figure in her specialty. She has helped
countless people over come obstacles in their lives, and gladly continues showing
people a new path to a better life.
