I’ve been a hypnotherapist for 20 years with lots and lots of experience. I also work as a health coach at a medical weight loss clinic, specializing in what we call “Lifestyle Strategy Sessions.”
Lauren has helped hundreds of people use the power of their mind to become naturally smoke-free.
She earned her formal certification as a Hypnotherapist in 1992 and has been in private practice for over 20 years.
As a certified Cognitive Behavior Coach, she teaches mental strategies for healthy lifestyle change at hospitals and medical clinics. As a former smoker herself, Lauren understands the subtle nuances of triggers and cravings, which allows her to help clients more effectively overcome them.

Am a nearly 78 y.o. senior citizen, former 10 year target of a maternal child abuser (i.e., “mom”), and former USMC veteran from which I gained chronic/catastrophic PTSD plan to achieve full relief.
