“I’ve been a hypnotherapist for 20 years, and during that time, I’ve gained extensive experience in helping people harness the power of their minds to make positive changes in their lives. In addition to my hypnotherapy practice, I work as a health coach at a medical weight loss clinic, where I specialize in what we call ‘Lifestyle Strategy Sessions.’
I earned my formal certification as a Hypnotherapist in 1992 and have been in private practice for over two decades. Throughout my career, I’ve helped hundreds of people become naturally smoke-free using the power of hypnosis. As a certified Cognitive Behavior Coach, I also teach mental strategies for healthy lifestyle changes at hospitals and medical clinics.
Having been a smoker myself, I understand the subtle nuances of triggers and cravings, which allows me to help my clients overcome them more effectively. I approach each client as a unique individual, tailoring every session to address their specific needs.
To support ongoing success, I provide my clients with a high-quality recording of their customized hypnosis session, which they can listen to in the comfort of their own home. This reinforces the suggestions over time and helps ensure lasting results.
I offer in-person sessions at my office near downtown Kirkland, where there is easy access and ample free parking. For those who are not local, I also work with clients long-distance by phone or Skype. I accept all major credit cards, and my services have received excellent reviews.

Am a nearly 78 y.o. senior citizen, former 10 year target of a maternal child abuser (i.e., “mom”), and former USMC veteran from which I gained chronic/catastrophic PTSD plan to achieve full relief.
