Change is Inevitable. Embrace it Instead of Avoiding it.

*Are You Tired of Doing Something that You Don’t Want to?*
Change is a funny thing. We tend to avoid it until we see a desired outcome

Change is something that we avoid sometimes, and embrace other times.

When we’re bored we want to do something different; when were satisfied we want to repeat the same behavior over and over again.

But what happens when we get bored of things that we enjoyed doing over and over again or if we do simply don’t like it anymore?

The best way to change is to look at something we no longer desire, and then to develop the desired outcome of no longer having it.

The change in behavior would be then automatic, because we want something else even more.

It’s like the donkey with a carrot: Change will happen as we gravitate toward the new thing that we want. It its inevitable.

With smoking, as an example, the first step is to develop a desired outcome, and all the benefits that come with stopping smoking.

The second step is to live the life of a non-smoker, and all the joy and energy that you have now as a non smoker.

Once we stop a habit that we don’t even want anymore, we can enjoy the healthier lifestyle that was, and now has become, our desired outcome.

Hypnotherapy can help you over the hump, by disassociating the triggers from the habit.
Most people have rituals when and where they smoke, and these have become triggers for a cigarette when they do the activity without a cigarette. There is separation anxiety associated with not bringing the cigarette along. The rituals, or habits, are in the back of your mind, and it can be stressful to cut them off.

That change begins with the decision to be a non smoker again, and if you’d like some help with the triggers, call a good hypnotherapist.
