Don’t Give Up Trying to Stop Smoking

It’s been a few weeks since you decided that this is the year you are going to stop smoking.
If you’ve quit cigarettes, I want to congratulate you!

If you are still struggling with cigarettes, don’t give up. (What I mean is don’t give up trying to stop smoking.)
There is an important reason you haven’t quit yet. The reason you haven’t quit smoking has nothing to do with your smoking habit.
The reason has everything to do with what you say to yourself every day.

Have you noticed how often you say to yourself “I really want a cigarette,” or “Quitting cigarettes is really difficult.”?
These are very real thoughts and most likely you’ve said something like that frequently.

These are also true and honest thoughts, but unfortunately, they can cause you to do the exact opposite of what you want.

One of the first things I do is to help you understand how your subconscious mind works. One of the important facts about your mind is that it will always go in the direction of your In fact, your mind will do exactly what you ask for.

So when you say “Quitting cigarettes is really difficult,” then your subconscious responds “Oh, he must thing quitting cigarettes is really difficult. That must be
what he wants to feel.”

Here’s the big secret. Your subconscious mind will never respond by asking “Do you really want quitting cigarettes to be hard?”

Your subconscious mind will simply think this is what you want. The result is that becoming a non-smoker will always feel difficult.


If your goal is to stop smoking easily you must learn how to create the thoughts that will help you, rather than hinder you.

When you stop smoking a lot of things will improve in your life. You’ll have more energy. You’ll feel better. You’ll smell better. You’ll even save bundles of cash.
